It’s 8:00 PM, Friday, November 5, 1948. Harry Drake sits on "Death Row" scheduled to be executed at midnight for a crime he did not commit.

In an effort to save her husband, Lydia Drake has contacted the State Attorney General and convinced him to have everyone concerned with the murder case gather at Harry's Nightclub. In the few hours before he is marched to the electric chair, with the aid of all present, lead by an ace detective, Lydia hopes to unmask the real killer and gain Harry's freedom.
